Ingredients (serves 2-4)

Method

  1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a bowl over a pan of simmering water, let the chocolate melt slowly
  2. While the chocolate is melting, whip the cream until it forms soft peaks and set aside
  3. Once the chocolate has melted, remove from the heat and let it cool slightly, then beat in the egg yolks
  4. Once the egg yolks are mixed in fold in the double cream
  5. Then whisk the egg whites to form stiff peaks
  6. Fold the orange zest
  7. Pour into small glasses and chill for at least 2 hours in your fridge
