Ingredients (serves 2-4)
- 130g of dark chocolate
- 130ml of double cream
- 2 eggs (separated, yolks and whites)
- 2 tsp of orange zest
Method
- Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a bowl over a pan of simmering water, let the chocolate melt slowly
- While the chocolate is melting, whip the cream until it forms soft peaks and set aside
- Once the chocolate has melted, remove from the heat and let it cool slightly, then beat in the egg yolks
- Once the egg yolks are mixed in fold in the double cream
- Then whisk the egg whites to form stiff peaks
- Fold the orange zest
- Pour into small glasses and chill for at least 2 hours in your fridge
